The school was founded in October 23th2000 by Chief Ellie Rossek and Otunba Olusola Adebowale Mogaji provide the base education for both Nigerian and foreigners.

Also in complained with the Federal government policy (U.B.E) which stimulate 9 years duration comprising 6 years primary education and 3 years of junior secondary education. The (universal Basic Education system which simply means there will not be any primary six first school leaving certificate. The nine years prescribe was to run in continuum.
